Monica brings over 14 years of experience in Autism and behavioral health to her role as Clinical Director at Kutamani. As a Licensed Social Worker, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Licensed Behavior Specialist, she offers a multidisciplinary approach that blends evidence-based interventions with a deep understanding of social, emotional, and systemic factors.
She has led large-scale ABA and behavioral health programs, mentored clinical teams, developed training, and collaborated with families and community partners. Passionate about trauma-informed care and compassionate ABA, Monica is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive environments and driving sustainable, impactful services for youth and families.
