Jennifer Jimenez-Fischman, M.P.A., is an experienced organizational leader with a strong background in improving operations, supporting teams, and guiding strategic initiatives in educational and nonprofit settings. She has held leadership roles in Kâ12 schools and at the community college level, with experience in operations, facilities, talent systems, and overall administrative management, most specifically full cycle grants management and fiscal compliance.
Known for her collaborative style and practical approach, Jennifer focuses on strengthening systems so that students, staff, and organizations can thrive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and dog, and coaching field hockey.
