Isedaisy Pichardo - Care Coordinator
Isedaisy Pichardo brings expertise in care coordination, family support, and operations to her role at Kutamani Developmental Services. She is passionate about helping families navigate services smoothly while ensuring providers have the structure and communication needed to deliver high-quality care. Before joining Kutamani, Isedaisy worked as a Care Coordinator at a senior medical center, coordinating appointments and services to promote continuity of care. Her experience as a home health aide strengthened her commitment to compassionate, person-centered support. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and dedication, Isedaisy helps families feel supported at every step while collaborating with her team to make services accessible and meaningful for children and caregivers.
